About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea

I am Australian citizen, can I apply for L visa in Seoul? and what is the quickest service

if I arrive to Seoul on the 21st and apply for L visa, if I pay for the quickest service can I expect to have it completed before friday the 24th?

It's possible to apply for the visa in the China visa center in Seoul. The quickest service takes two working days. I advise you to confirm this with the visa center before going there.
