Hi.. I applied for a Chinese visa.... I previously have been banned for 5 years, which has now passed.
I applied during those 5 years (without knowing I had a 5 year ban) and was denied during the no entry period....
I've applied now for a L visa through a visa agency... I've got a new passport and included my old one with the application. I asked the visa agent (in hk cts) about the question "have u been rejected before". He ticked no on my form and said its a new passport....
Will this effect my application? By now it's been 6 years since I've been in China...
