About:Visa on Arrival

How many times can I apply for the VOA? Say I leave after 5 days and go back to HK.

Can I apply for one immediately after I arrive back to HK and then go back to shenzhen?

Yes, you can. This is perfectly legal, although you may expect a couple of questions regarding your intention. You will just find a good reason or more of them for your second or third application and just be relaxed.
