About:China Work Visa

Applying for work visa

Hi. I am currently in bangkok thailand and waiting for my work permit. With things in thailand getting lot worse and causing me stress to the point im getitng sick and having blackouts. Can i change to apply for working visa in hk instead after i get my work permit? I am an american by the way.

Yes, you can, but I cannot guarantee that you will certainly get a work visa from Hong Kong.

Yes you can apply for any kind of visa in order to enter Mainland China, but you need to get the work permit approved before you can change your visa to a residence permit.
