Currency from China abroad

I know that is allowed max 5000 USD and 20000 r!mb.

So can I take together 5000 USD and 20000 rmb? Would that be a problem if you don't declare it at the customs?

Well, as I know, you can only take 5000 USD or 20000 RMB.
