Hi, i'm eligible for Visa on Arrival. What is the minimum length of passport validity required to get Visa, 6 months or 3 months?

Minimum validity is a month beyond your intended day of departure, so if you will be leaving Macau on 7th February then your passport must be valid until 7th March.
