About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I am flying Frankfort to Shanghai, then Shanghai to Singapour

I am french , I am flying Frankfort to Shanghai : I stay 5 days and after I fly to Singapour.
Will I be eligible for the 144 h visa free transit in China?
