mainland china visa

hello.
I am also holding passport of Dominica. do I need a visitors visa before travelling or will it be given upon arrival in Guangzhou for 72 hours stay?

You need a tourist visa unless staying in Mainland China for less than 24 hours while in transit. Dominicans are not eligible for 72/144-hour transit.

Can I visit the city of guangzhou during 24 hours transit time or I will just stay inside airport?
