About:Chinese Temporary Residence Permit

regarding temporary residence visa

hi i have a temporary residence visa here in china but i was planning to go back to the philippines at least 5 months. my temporary residence will expire this coming oct.2020 if i come back here in china is my visa still valid or should i get a new visa again?

Salve, if you stay outside of China for as long as 5 months, your residence permit might be canceled. Please confirm this with the local exit and entry administration.
