So far the best feedback is received for China Travel Service (HK) Limited. This is a Hong Kong based agency, but is accredited to deal with Hainan 30 day visa free access. During the time, it appears that Hainan based agencies are not willing to make a correspondence and they are also quite slow. Quite the contrary, China Travel Service (HK) Limited is efficient and you can rely on them. You will easily find them by using a google search. Just introduce their name, but a full one, in the search engine and you will easily find all the necessary contacts with them.
By the way, if you intend to visit Hainan using 30 day visa free access, keep in mind that you are not allowed to arrive to Hainan from within mainland China and also to depart to mainland China after your stay in Hainan.
