Is valid for two different air companies ?

i will travel from Osaka to Beijing and stay 6 days in Beijing (using Air China), after I will leave to Paris (using Air France) - and stay in Paris one night before go to my country (air France, but it will not be a connection, will be another ticket)

with two different air companies is ok to get this 144 h free visa?

Yes, you are perfectly allowed to use two separate tickets and two unrelated airlines. This was allowed since the very beginning of visa free transit policy. You are fine for 144 hour visa free transit in Beijing area.
