About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Australia to Shanghai overnight. 32 day cruise

We fly from Australia to Shanghai and stay for one night, then we cruise out from Shanghai for 32 days, returning to Shanghai and fly out the same day to Singapore. Are we able to use a 144 day Visa for this holiday.

You're eligible for the 24h twov if your next stop after Shanghai is not a chinese port.
On the way back you're eligible for the 24h twov as well as long as your last stop before Shanghai isn't another chinese city or Singapore.
