About:Chinese Permanent Residence Permit

Can Foreigner with HK PR status stay long term in China

I am a Hong Kong Permanent Resident, my husband holds a Home Return Permit card which he can stay in China permanently. He is now thinking about retirement in China, is there any visa type that I can apply to stay permanently in China?

Well, you can try to apply for the S1 visa, but I am not sure whether you can get it.
