About:Visa on Arrival

77 yr old Filipina previously issued a China single entry visa, can I apply a for VOA

Currently in China but intend to spend New Year in HK but will go back to Shenzhen for a few more days of stay before flying back to Philippines on Jan 5, 2020

Unfortunately, Philippine citizens are not eligible for a Shenzhen VOA at the time being even if they have been granted a Chinese visa before. You are advised to obtain a Chinese visa in advance or to change your travel plans. Sorry.

You can apply and obtain a Chinese tourist (L) visa at more locations in Hong Kong, but probably the best addresses are CVASC (Chinese Visa Application Center) and CTS (Hong Kong) - China Travel service (Hong Kong).
