X1 Student Visa
Hi, our son currently has an X1 Visa with his current university in Chengdu. He wants to take Chinese language at Xiamen. They are telling him he needs a new X1. He will transfer to Fuzhou in the Fall. Xiamen does not have an undergraduate degree in English, but Fuzhou does. Can he keep applying for X1’s?
