About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Layover in PVG

Hi,
Could you please advise if it's possible to have 72h visa just to stay in PVG Shanghai and leave to the same country? Let's say to have a flight Dubai - Shanghai - Dubai? for "24 Schengen country" passport holder?
