About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

can you arrive by flight to Shenzhen use 144 hour visa free then cross by land to Hong Kong?

HI, we are planning to travel from Malaysia to SHenzhen for 6 days and use the 144 hr visa free pass. Will we be able to cross over in to Hong Kong one day? OR even better, will we be able to cross over to Hong Kong and fly out from HK?

You have to buy a ferry ticket in advance and show at the check-in in Malaysia ( e-ticket is fine) if you wanna use the 144h twov and go to HK.

If you wanan go back to Shenzhen you have to apply for a 5 day Visa On Arrival at the border (but with this visa you just can stay in the Shenzhen area).

Thank you so much!! IS it possible to take the fast train rather than ferry? WE want to go to HK central not airport. The ferry seems to go only to HK AIrport? Would the train ticket suffice too for customs on entry to Shenzhen? Thanks again!

High speed rail is not permitted without a visa.
