Part two:
- After you have done your booking, you will receive an e-confirmation that you will print out and bring this print out with you. This will be your proof that you will be really in a transit and you will also use thi e-confirmation to collect your real paper ticket at Shekou ferry terminal.
- You will approach a check-in in Manila where you will declare that you will travel to Hong Kong via Shenzhen using 144 hour visa free transit. After a short inspection of your tickets, including the above mentioned e-confirmation, you will be allowed to board the plane.
- Upon arrival in Shenzhen, you will approach 144 hour visa free transit counter where you will fill out a blue form. Shortly after, you will receive a sticker in your passport and be allowed to exit the airport. Here, one very important detail. When you travel on 144 hour visa free transit, you are allowed to travel throughout the entire Guangdong province and not only to stay within Shenzhen city limits.
- When the time comes, you have to take exactly that ferry you have originally bought your ticket for.
By the way, you should use correct terminology. This is not a transit visa, but 144 hour visa free transit or better to say, there is no visa at all!
