Upcoming flight at Beijing Capital Airport

Hi I’ll be having itinerary MANILA -PEK-SEATTLE -ST LOUIS. My question is when I arrived from Manila to BJ and I have 3h 45 mins LAYOVER they will allow me to have 24 hour transit visa right? And did my layover time will be enough to get me into my next connecting flight?
