About:Facilities & Services in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

How do I access the luggage storage at Beijing Capital Airport?

My friend will leave the luggage there for me and I will be only able to pick it up in a week. Can I access it or they will ask for my friends passport ?

As I know, you need to show your friends name, contact information and passport number. Then you can get your luggage back. :)
