About:Shanghai 15-day Visa-free Policy for Cruise Tour Groups

WE will be arriving on a cruise ship from Hong Kong in the morning

And leaver the same night before midnight and traveling to Busan . what visa do I need or no visa needed?

If you have Australia passport then a cruise Hong Kong > Shanghai > Korea then you can do 144 hour visa free transit.
