About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Can I get 144hrs visa upon arrival?

Is it still possible to get the visa when I buy two separate flight tickets for the trip below?

Hong Kong - Tianjin (25 Dec)
Tianijn - Seoul (29 Dec)

There's no 144h visa on arrival in China.

But you're fine for the 144h twov and don't need any kind of visa for this trip.
