About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

US-Seoul-Shanghai-US

If I travel from US to Seoul for 3 days the to Shanghai for 3 days and then back to US can I use the 144 hour transit visa?

Yes just make sure Shanghai > USA does not also transit through Korea.
