About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Viking Ocean Cruise Feb 2020. Visa necessary for less than 24 hour stop?

China stop: Xiamen. Less than 24 hours
Next stop: Hong Kong. (Last stop of the cruise...will leave from here)

Your situation is very simple because your itinerary is perfectly constructed and you are definitely eligible for 24 hour visa free transit in Xiamen and you don't need any kind of visa. You will be all granted a temporary entry permit to explore Xiamen and it will be a great encounter with mainland China and even better than that - you will not need a visa :)
