About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

We are cruising on the Viking Sun

We arrive in Xiamen, China on March 8, 2020 at 7:00 a.m. and leave at 4:00 p.m. for Hong Kong to fly home to U.S. on March 9, 2020. We are on cruise ship. Can we just use a transit visa and how do we get one.

Viking cruise enters Xiamen from Manila so it should be eligible route
