China rail luggage allowance

I am preparing to leave the country upon the end of a work contract. I wanted to travel by rail from Jiamusi to Harbin to fly out of Harbin international airport. I will probably have 2 large pieces of luggage (20kg each) in addition to carry on luggage. Should i book normal train or high speed rail? Will high speed rail accept my baggage? Will there be any fees?

As I know, both normal train and high speed train don't have strict restrictions about luggage size. You can bring your luggage to the train.
