Transport Hongqiao Railway Station to Pudong Airport

I am travelling to Pudong airport from Suzhou to catch a 1am flight. May I know the following-
1. How long is the journey from Hongqiao railway station to Pudong using the metro line 2 & approximate cost?
2. What time is the last train?
3. Also what time is the last train to catch from Guanglan to Pudong since the metro line 2 from Hongqiao does not go directly to Pudong.
4. As for the Pudong airport shuttle option, when is the last shuttle to Pudong?
