First time applicant

Hi I’m a US/PHL citizen living in the PHL. I want to apply for a tourist visa this December (next month). I am don’t have any tax forms. But I can provide a bank statement. Is it necessary to have the ITR? Or is the bank statement enough

Kristina, in princile, you also need to provide the ITR. If you indeed don't have it, you can contact the embassy to see what to do.
