About:China Visa

Hello! I’m a filipino and want to go to schenzhen via HK, how to get Visa? No Chinese visa before.

I read that for Filipinos, we can only get schenzhen visa on arrival if we were issued Chinese visa before.

Yes, considering that you haven't got any Chinese visas before, you are not eligible for the Shenzhen visa on arrival, so you need to apply for a regular visa at the Chinese embassy or consulate in your residence area before departure.
