About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Manchester - Shnaghai - Taiwan - Shanghai - Manchester

Hi I plan to fly from Manchester to Shanghai, stay for the duration of the 144 hour visa and then travel to Taiwan for a week. The flight back from Taiwan to Manchester has a layover of around 4 hours in Shanghai. Is it possible to re-enter so soon visa free after already using the 144 hour visa?

There is no minimum time required. If you are on the new Juneyao Airlines non-stop Manchester-Shanghai flight this itinerary will be fine. If you have another stop in mainland China then you may need a visa.
