About:Slender West Lake

Over stayed my Chines visa by one month.

As above ,I reported to the police who fined me.Have taken my passport will return it on 27/11/19. they have said i need to leave the country.Asked if i have to return to uk or can i go to Hong Kong also will i be able to return to China. Carnt get a straight answer can anyone HELP desperate.

You can return to UK or go to HK, but the HK immigration may deny your entry. You may be banned from entering China for five years because of the overstaying history.
