About:Overstaying in China & Penalty
I have over stayed and. My passport has expired
My passport and visa has expired for the past year l was recently detained by police and was asked to pay 10,000 which l have done they gave me until end of March to leave the country but they told me before l leave. I must get a t visa to leave the country. I have gone to the immigration today 30march they told me l need. A new passport to leave the country.
But l have already bought my ticket to go back home and l have no time to go to the Nigeria embassy to renew passport what should l do
