Hello,I hold Italian passport and I am currently in Russia as a tourist.I want to apply for Chinese visa from here because I will embark Transiberian. I read that for applying in Moscow I need either Russian residency or work/student permit which I dont.How can I do?Thank you very much for your help!

The only way is to at least give it a try at the Chinese bassy in Moscow. Maybe you can find a capable visa agent to do this for you.
