About:Apply for China Visa in a Third Country

Applying for X2 visa

Hey!
I’d like to know if it’s possible to apply for X2 visa with no difficulties in HK being a Russian citizen? At first I considered Thailand, but they require residence permit, so now I’m thinking about HK.

Alex, it's possible to apply for X2 visa in the CVASC in HK.
