About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I'm elegible for 144Hours visa?

Hello, I will do take the following flights :
MONACO - SHANGHAI // SHANGHAI - TAIWAN // TAIWAN - SHANGHAI // SHANGHAI -MONACO
I'm elegible for the 144 hours visa?
What happen if I miss the flight for taiwan?

You're fine for the 144h twov (it's not visa).

When you miss the flight to Taiwan, you'll stay illegal in China when the 144h are over and you don't leave the country to a 3rd country (except you stay in hospital or are serious ill).
Then you should contact the PSB to solve the problem.
