Can I use a 144 hour visa-free transit for Wuhan while flying out via Hong Kong?

Hi!
I will be staying in Wuhan for 4 days (within the 144 hours allowed), flying in from Paris and flying through to Cambdia, via Hong Kong. Will my out flight via Hong Kong be considered as another stop in China, so not suitable for a visa-free transit?
Thanks for your answer! Best wishes, Daphne Willems
