About:Visa on Arrival

Hi. IAM a Malaysian passport holder and will be visiting HK on regular basis for work reason

My date of visit is from 24th-30th Nov 2019, and will have to accompany my Manager to Shenzhen for some work .Am I eligible for one day visa to enter Shenzhen from Hong Kong by LuoWu Immigration ? Thank you

I will only stay for half day from morning until evening time and will return back to hk on the same date.
I was granted China Visa for my trip in 2010 and for this time I will be accompany by a Greece, a German and a HK passport holder.
Is it all this will help me to get my Shenzhen Visa approve by from the said port?

Omar, the recent practice of Chinese immigration strongly indicates that Malaysian citizens are not eligible for a Shenzhen VOA at the time being. Anyway, they tend to make exceptions when an applicant is a person that was granted a Chinese visa previously by a Chinese embassy or consulate. So, if you have been granted a Chinese visa previously and you are also traveling with a person from eligible country, then your chances are quite good to be granted this particular visa.

By the way, you have mentioned that you intend to make a visit from November 24 to 30, but you have to be aware that this is one day too much. In other words, if you enter Shenzhen on November 24, you can remain in Shenzhen until November 29 at 23:59 and not a single minute more!

The best place to apply for a Shenzhen VOA is Lo Wu / Luohu border crossing.
