About:Chinese Temporary Residence Permit

Can I apply for temporary resident permit with an S2 visa?

My wife is working in China and I got a single entry 30 days S2 visa can I apply for an extension or a temporary resident permit?

Most EEAs will only allow holders of S1 visas to apply for a residence permit.
