About:index

Xian arrival visa

Planing a trip to Xian. NEW YORK transit in Beijing to Xian for 72 hrs than onward to Hong Kong than New York.
Would I be allowed to board in JFK if yes great ? will I run into difficulties in Beijing since I will be transiting into a domestic flight or does 144hrs Beijing visa permit me to visit Xian?

No, according to the situation, you are only eligible for the 24 hours visa free policy.
