About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

No reference on 24-hour on official site?

This (official) site seem to not mention the 24-transit rule, can someone clarify as my nationality (not UK) is NOT listed on this page or the other, which means either a good thing or not!

Most nationalities can do 24 hour transit.
