Picking up Reserved Train Tickets without a Booking Reference

Hi I'd be grateful for some advice about how to pick up reserved and paid for train tickets with the booking reference. I am a foreigner living and working in China but have just lost my China mobile phone while on holiday outside China. I booked and paid for tickets using the train app, an amazing app. As you might know confirmation is sent by SMS but I do not have a record of the train booking reference number as it was sent to my mobile, now sadly lost. Will a passport number suffice or what? Any help gratefully received.

You must use the reference number (ticket pick-up number) and your passport to get the paper tickets at the station. You could try to contact the app's service center to get the number, they could find the order with your name or passport number, then resend you the reference number.

I think there should be a record in your App? You can reload it and log in to see if you can find your booking.
