About:Shuaiyuan Redware Teapots Museum

Complain

I got a notification letter, I applied for a visa but it wasn't approved for no reason. And my work permit is expiring in the next 3 months. I went to reapply again, they said rejected. That I need a new work permit and my work permit is still functional.
What should I do please, my work permit is valid. I need this visa please.

Right now EEAs have been refusing work-based residence permits (I'm assuming that is what you were referring to) at a higher rate for some nationalities than others. Unfortunately this is a recent phenomenon and you can't do anything except trying again in a few months.

Earlier this year I was told that those who were rejected residence permits have had their Z visas cancelled and were instead given an exit visa, so once that is issued you must start the whole process from scratch, including a new Z visa and petition from outside Mainland China. There was at least one report that Chinese High Commission in HK was refusing Z visas for any person with an exit visa and they were told to go back to the home country to reapply.
