About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Shanghai, Zhejiang, and Jiangsu

We are flying LHR-PVG and plan to stay for the 144 hour visa free

Then go to Hong Kong for five days and return back to PVG for another five days. Can we do this twice?

Yes if these flights make no other landings then it qualifies once to HK and then another home from HK. How long you stay in HK does not matter, even if you just switch planes.
