How often can you use 144 visa

I’m travelling to Sydney via Guangzhou (CAN) on a return ticket with a 4 day stop each way can I use this visa for both our and back

Yes, you can because there is no limit on how many times and how often one can use this visa free transit option.

By the way, this is not a visa, but visa free transit. It means that there is no visa at all!
