Nana, unfortunately, you should not going to Hong Kong. At the very moment of your exit from mainland China to Hong Kong, your single entry visa will expire. You will not be able to return back to Shenzhen since Indonesian citizens are not eligible for Shenzhen visa on arrival at the time being. Of course, it is possible and I say quite probable that you would be granted a Shenzhen VOA since you were granted a Chinese visa by a Chinese embassy or consulate and you will also have a flight from Shenzhen, but there is nobody who could confirm that the Chinese authorities will listen to your good arguments and to grant you a Shenzhen VOA. I would say that taking chances with arrival at the border and not be certain that you will be granted a Shenzhen VOA is very risky.

Double entry visa would be the best option by far.
