About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Family going UK-Korea-China-UK-Eligible?

So my family are planning to attend a wedding in Seoul, Korea (possibly passing through China,on the way) and then will come back to the UK via China, but hope to stay in Beijing, China for several days under the 144 hour visa. That should not be a problem right?

Steven, if you fly direct from Korea to Beijing, stay within Tianjin, Hebei, and Beijing for not more than 144 hours, then take a direct flight to UK, you can enjoy the 144h TWOV in Beijing. Be aware that you are not allowed to have layover in other cities of China.
