Exit to Macao

I am a U.K. National arriving to Guangzhou from Manila and wish to exit through the Macao border at Gongbei Port. As there is no through train to Macao and the train terminal point for the Macao border is Zhuhai what paperwork is needed to obtain the 144 hour visa as you walk across the border.
