About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Frankfurt-Shanghai-Delhi

Below is my flight schedule

Stuttgart-Shanghai-30 Nov 19-Turkish Airlines
Shanghai-Mumbai-4 Dec 19-Malaysian Airlines

Will I be eligible for the 144-Hour Visa-Free Transit or do I need to apply for tourist visa?

At a guess, you are flying Istanbul-Shanghai-Kuala Lumpur then. If so then this will qualify for 144 hours visa-free transit if your passport is from one of the 53 qualifying countries (not India, for example).
