About:Visa on Arrival

Entry and exit limitation

Is it ok if I get the VOA at the Shenzhen airport but I leave from another boarder to catch the next fly from Hong Kong within the 5 days?
Rather, is there a need to get in and out from the same boarder?

Thank Zupan,
Probably I mix VOA and 5 days transit port visa.
What I meant was the 5 days visa.

One concern is that I do not intend to go to hong Kong by ferry but by car or metro from our hubor huanggang port.

Would be sufficient to have the flight booking from Hong Kong to show to the officer on my arrival in Shenzhen eventually?

Thanks,
Maury

You should forget about obtaining a Shenzhen VOA at Shenzhen airport. You will never obtain one at the airport and the airport authorities of some foreign country from where you plan to depart to Shenzhen will never allow you to board the plane if you declare that you will rely on a Shenzhen VOA. You should use 144 hour visa free transit instead. So your itinerary will be:

X country - Shenzhen - Hong Kong

Please keep in mind that you will have to book your ferry ticket from Shenzhen Shekou ferry port to Hong Kong online in advance through CKS - Chu Kong Passenger Transport company website, but you should have in mind that your departure from Shenzhen by ferry has to be at least 24 hours and 1 minute after your scheduled arrival by plane. In other words, you have to stay in Shenzhen for a little bit more than 24 hours to be eligible for 144 hour visa free transit.

Of course, this is possible if your citizenship belongs among the group of countries that are eligible for 144 hour visa free transit scheme.
