About:Tax Refund

Is there a customs check & refund point at Shenzhen train station before border to HK

I’m taking the train to Shenzhen and crossing the border to Lo Wu. Is there a Customs office on the Shenzhen side where I can obtain my tax refund?

As I know, there is no custom check & refund point.
